I enjoyed my stay in a spacious room with incredibly comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after a long day. However, some areas of the hotel had a musty smell that could use some freshening up.

Cleanliness could improve with regular deep cleaning! ! Shower water temperature inconsistent! Halls and common areas seem neglected and could use a refresh! More room service options would be a nice touch!

Our one-night stay in the King Room was pleasant. The disability accessible features like the handheld shower and grab bars made a significant difference. Although the lobby staff could improve professionalism, the room’s amenities provided comfort. Pro tip, request extra towels and ensure everything in your room is functional.

Rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable, but the overall cleanliness fell short with dusty areas and unwashed towels. Service was friendly, though I encountered issues with missing items like cups. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, making it somewhat worthwhile.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfy bed. It had a private bathroom and a nice seating area. Loved the access to the pool and jacuzzi for relaxation. The on-site bar had tasty food until 2 PM, and the staff were friendly. There's a cool patio area outside the room too, perfect for chilling.

Check-in was a hassle, as even though I was promised a room at 3 PM, it wasn't ready until later, and the manager wasn't sympathetic about it. The room cleanliness left much to be desired, food remnants on the carpet, dusty side tables, and a strong smell of smoke in what was labeled a non-smoking room made for a less than comfortable environment. Additionally, the bathroom showed signs of neglect with outdated fixtures and a lack of basic amenities like a garbage bin.
